Nov. 1-30 (11am-5pm, daily): Artisan Shop; North Tahoe Arts, 380 North Lake Blvd., Tahoe City, CA; diverse handmade local art; Holly Arts Show & Sale.

Nov. 2 (9:30am): Informational Coffee, learn about our activities & membership, Newcomers and Neighbors Club of Northern Nevada, Aloft Hotel, 2015 Terminal Way, Reno. RSVP

Nov. 3-27 Nevada Museum of Art, 160 W. Liberty, Reno; register online for all activities.     

Nov. 3 (4pm-5:30pm): Creating Inclusive Spaces, virtual educator evening with Justin Favela; free.

Nov. 3 (5:30pm-6:45pm): Virtual Early Childhood Education Roundtree.

Nov. 4 (4pm-5pm): Virtual Art Discussion – Latimer Exhibits.

Nov. 4 (6pm-7pm): Art & Feminism in 20th Century with Apsara DiQuinzio, $12.

Nov. 5 (12n-1pm): Sonic Borders with experimental composer; $10.

Nov. 5 (1pm-2pm): Landscapes in Nevada, docent led tour, free with admission.

Nov. 13 (10am-6pm): Hands ON! Second Saturday; hands on activities, focus on children, with adult focus tours, free with admission.

Nov. 18 (4pm-5pm): Dry Ice, Smoke & Fireworks Archive, virtual discission with Judy Chicago; free.

Nov. 27 (11am-12n): Guided Docent Tour – Latimer Exhibits, free with admission.

Nov. 5–7 (10am-4 pm): Multi Family - Multi Gauge Train Open House. Malfunction Junction 2560 E. 4th St., Reno, will be open on Saturday. For more times and places, contact kathywalton99@gmail.com

Nov. 5 (7 pm): Fables & Fairy Tales with the Reno Pops Orchestra at UNR Nightingale Concert Hall at 7:00 p.m. Jeff Thompson and Denise Wong from KOLO8 will be guest narrators. Masks required.

Nov. 11 (11am-12n): Veterans’ Day Parade; along “C” Street, Virginia City; free

Nov. 18 (4pm-9pm): 3rd Thursday Art Walk, City of Sparks; The Depot Gallery, 831 Victorian Ave. & The Sparks Museum & Cultural Center, 814 Victorian Ave.;  crafts, food & entertainment

Nov. 18 (7pm-9pm): Bingo Night @ Piper’s Opera House; 12 “B” Street, Virginia City

Nov. 19 (time varies by day): Monster Truckz Mayhem Tour; Virginia City Arena & Fairgrounds, 458 “F” Street, Virginia City; purchase tickets online ($16.50-$30; 1st child free)

Nov. 25 (8am-10am): 23rd Annual Scheel’s Turkey Trot, 10k Run, 2 mile Walk; 1200 Scheels Dr., Sparks; $40 registrations fee
